1. Agreement to Terms

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ssz777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining account balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with outstanding balances will be closed after withdrawal processing completes.

8.2 Termination by ssz777

ssz777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Use of multiple accounts or bonus abuse
• Prolonged account inactivity (over 12 months)

Upon termination for cause, ssz777 may forfeit any account balance, bonuses, and winnings. Rightful withdrawals processed before termination will be honored.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through ssz777 customer support. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ssz777.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.
